How It All Started
C & C Services was built on hard work, dedication, and a shared vision between two men who believed in doing things the right way.
In 2001, Alan was servicing the refrigeration systems at a local ice cream manufacturing plant when he met John. Not long after, Alan joined the plant in-house, where the two worked side by side for several years. During that time, they began building something of their own, launching C & C Services as a side business, providing residential and commercial HVAC and air conditioning services throughout Central Florida.

As demand for their work grew, so did their commitment. After five years, Alan made the decision to leave the plant and run C & C Services full-time, while John continued his career and supported the company on the business side.
Like many small businesses, their journey wasn’t without challenges. During the 2008–2009 economic downturn, there were times they went weeks without a paycheck, choosing instead to ensure their employees were taken care of first. That level of sacrifice and integrity became the foundation of the company they were building.

Today, C & C Services has grown into a thriving operation with 20+ employees, trusted vendor partnerships, and hundreds of loyal customers across Central Florida.
